The Law Hall School Infill project comprised of an 3-story poured in place concrete addition of approximately 53,000 GSF within the courtyard adjacent to the existing Law Building. The addition has two below grade stories and one smaller level above grade with a green roof and is joined to the existing building by three pedestrian bridges. This project also included renovations to approximately 10,000 GSF within the Law Building. The project provides instructional space, compact library shelving, student study areas, interaction areas, and a café. Two new fully accessible courtyards totaling approximately 9,000 GSF were created to create a center for conferences, public events and student activities.
Signet provided special inspection and material testing services including soils testing and observation, pile/pier observation, concrete placement, reinforced concrete, batch plant inspection, rebar placement, field welding, anchor/high strength bolting and proof load/torque testing.
